Patient A. The first frames show internal echoes within the spermatocele before the application of color Doppler imaging. After the color Doppler mode is turned on, the internal echoes move away from the transducer.

Patient B. The first frames show the internal echoes within the spermatocele moving away from the transducer with the application of color Doppler imaging. When the Doppler mode is turned off, the internal echoes cease their posterior movement and show a random swirling motion.
