Ultrasonography of the rotator cuff: technique and normal anatomy

W. D. Middleton, G. Edelstein, W. R. Reinus, G. L. Melson and W. A. Murphy

The technique for ultrasound imaging of the rotator cuff is described and the normal anatomy of the region is illustrated. Ultrasonography of the shoulder appears to easily and rapidly display normal rotator cuff anatomy.
